The Migali® C-CO1-SD-LP convection oven is ideal for baking top-quality recipes and baked goods. It accommodates (5) full-size 18" x 26" baking pans on (5) nickel-plated racks with 13-position rack guides for flexible cooking.
Featuring (2) hinged 50/50 dependent double-pane thermal tempered glass doors and a bright interior light, it offers excellent visibility while maintaining precise temperature control.
Rated at 46,000 BTUs, the oven temperature is manually adjustable from 150°F to 500°F via solid-state digital controller knobs with a convenient “Hold” temperature feature.
Key safety and performance features include an electronic spark ignition with autopilot, safety shut-off switch, and a dual-speed fan with delay switch for consistent baking results.
The unit boasts a high polished stainless steel exterior, enamel interior, and stainless steel legs with casters, ensuring durability, ease of cleaning, and long-lasting performance.
