The Migali® C-CR48 48″ wide char-rock broiler is an ideal solution for grilling a variety of proteins and vegetables, delivering a rich, smoky BBQ flavor through the use of char-rocks or briquettes. This heavy-duty model is equipped with reversible, cast iron cooking grates that feature angled sides for flat or sloped grilling configurations, optimizing grease runoff and versatility.

Powered by (4) robust U-shaped burners, the C-CR48 ensures even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface for consistent grilling performance. The broiler’s design is both practical and stylish, highlighted by a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, (4) chrome temperature control knobs, and adjustable stainless steel legs for enhanced stability and workspace customization.

Details

Each of the (4) “U” shape burners is rated at 35,000 BTUs.
This model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.
Ignition is quick and easy with a continuous pilot.
These grates have both a flat and wide cooking surface and long and narrow cooking surface. Choose what cooking grate surface is best for your cooking needs.
Heavy-duty stainless steel rear and side splashes help to keep your working environment clean and safe.
