The Migali® C-RO10B-LP 10-burner liquid propane range is an ideal solution for high-volume commercial kitchens, offering exceptional performance for cooking and baking top-tier recipes and entrées. This model features heavy-duty cast iron trivets and a full-width removable waste tray for simplified cleaning.
Each of the ten manually adjustable burners delivers a powerful 32,000 BTUs, ensuring rapid, even heating. Controlled by ten chrome temperature knobs, the unit also includes two thermostatic oven knobs for precise oven performance.
The dual ovens feature porcelain-wrapped steel interiors for durability and easy maintenance. Each oven measures 26.5″ wide x 26.25″ deep, capable of fitting two full-size sheet pans. Each oven provides a heat output of 27,000 BTUs.
Visually striking and built for longevity, the C-RO10B-LP boasts a high-polished stainless steel exterior and interior along with stainless steel adjustable legs for stability and ergonomic positioning.
