This model features two high-performance 32,000 BTU natural gas burners (64,000 BTU total) with durable cast iron grates for even heat distribution and long-lasting use. Manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments to suit your cooking style.
Constructed with a sleek stainless steel exterior, the hotplate also includes a removable grease trough for easy cleaning and maintenance. Four adjustable stainless steel feet provide stability and leveling on any surface.
Configured for natural gas with an included LP conversion kit, this unit meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.

- This model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.
