Built with a robust forced-air refrigeration system, this model ensures cold, uniform temperatures throughout the cabinet interior and beneath the pan rail—keeping food fresh and safe. It also incorporates a digital temperature controller with an LED read-out for precise temperature management and enhanced energy efficiency.
