This model includes a digital temperature controller with a clear LED read-out for precise temperature management and increased energy efficiency. Built for durability and visual appeal, the C-PP series features a high-polished stainless steel exterior and interior, rounded door edges, and a recessed door handle—combining functionality with modern design.
The spacious 14 cu/ft interior includes one adjustable shelf, and can also accommodate an optional bun rack compatible with 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or 12″ x 20″ hotel pans—offering flexible storage options to suit your operation’s needs.
