It features a 36” wide manual griddle with a ¾” thick steel plate for even heat distribution and superior cooking performance. Beneath the griddle is a 27,000 BTU oven that offers reliable baking and roasting capabilities.
This model includes a stainless steel backsplash and top shelf for added convenience and durability, along with a robust stainless steel exterior designed for easy cleaning and long-lasting use. The unit is mounted on casters for easy mobility.
Delivering a total of 102,000 BTUs, the range is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring safety and sanitation compliance.
