The Migali® C-RO6B-24GL-LP is a versatile and reliable liquid propane gas range, perfect for cooking and baking a variety of recipes in any commercial kitchen. This model features (6) burners paired with a 24" wide manual griddle that has a 3/4" thick cooking surface for even heat distribution and precise manual control.
Built with heavy-duty cast iron trivets and equipped with a removable, full-width slide-out waste tray, this range ensures durability and easy cleaning. Each burner delivers 23,000 BTUs and can be manually adjusted for tailored heat control.
Finished with a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, the unit includes (6) chrome burner control knobs, (2) thermostat knobs for the oven and griddle, and stainless steel adjustable legs for stable installation.
The oven’s interior is constructed of porcelain-wrapped steel for simple maintenance and lasting performance. It measures 26.5" wide by 26" deep, accommodates two full-sized sheet racks, and provides a heat capacity of 27,000 BTUs for consistent cooking results.
