The Migali® C-CB48 48″ wide radiant broiler is designed to grill a wide variety of proteins and vegetables with ease and precision. It features heavy-duty, cast iron, reversible cooking grates with angled sides that can be positioned flat or sloped, providing flexibility for different cooking techniques.

Powered by robust Migali® U-shaped burners, this broiler delivers consistent, even heat distribution across the entire radiant surface, ensuring reliable cooking performance. The unit combines durability with style, showcasing a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, (4) chrome temperature control knobs, and adjustable stainless steel legs for perfect leveling and stability in any kitchen environment.

Details

Each of the (4) “U” shape burners is rated at 35,000 BTUs.
This model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.
Ignition is quick and easy with a continuous pilot.
These grates have both a flat and wide cooking surface and long and narrow cooking surface. Choose what cooking grate surface is best for your cooking needs.
Heavy-duty stainless steel rear and side splashes help to keep your working environment clean and safe.
