Powered by 46,000 BTUs, the oven temperature can be manually adjusted from 150°F to 500°F using solid-state digital controller knobs with a convenient “Hold” temperature feature.

Additional features include an electronic spark ignition with autopilot, safety shut-off switch, and a dual-speed fan with delay switch to ensure consistent baking performance.
