The Migali® C-CO1-LP convection oven is ideal for baking exceptional recipes and baked goods. It accommodates (5) full-size 18" x 26" baking pans on (5) nickel-plated racks with 13-position rack guides, providing versatile cooking capacity.
This model features (2) hinged 50/50 dependent double-pane thermal tempered glass doors and a bright interior light for easy viewing.
Rated at 46,000 BTUs, the oven temperature is manually adjustable from 150°F to 500°F using solid-state digital controller knobs with a convenient “Hold” temperature feature.
Additional highlights include an electronic spark ignition with autopilot, safety shut-off switch, and a dual-speed fan with delay switch for consistent baking performance.
With a high polished stainless steel exterior, enamel interior, and stainless steel legs with casters, the C-CO1-LP is designed for durability, easy cleaning, and reliable operation for years to come.
