The Competitor Series® 36″ hotplate is engineered for commercial kitchens that demand powerful and efficient cooking in a compact countertop format. Equipped with six 32,000 BTU burners and sturdy cast iron grates, this unit provides a total of 192,000 BTUs for versatile high-heat cooking.
Manual controls give chefs precise temperature management, while the removable grease trough facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance. The hotplate features a durable stainless steel exterior and is supported by four adjustable stainless steel feet to ensure stability on any surface.
Configured for natural gas with an included LP conversion kit, this hotplate offers flexibility in fuel options. It meets rigorous safety and sanitation certifications, including cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.

- This model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.
