Manual controls allow precise heat adjustment, while the removable grease trough simplifies cleanup.
Constructed with a sleek, stainless steel exterior and supported by four adjustable stainless steel feet, this hotplate ensures durability and stability in busy kitchens. Configured for natural gas with an included LP conversion kit, it offers versatility for different fuel types.

Details

- This model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.
- Ignition is quick and easy with a continuous pilot.
