The Migali® C-CB36 36″ wide radiant broiler is built for professional kitchens that demand performance and versatility. Ideal for grilling proteins and vegetables to perfection, it features heavy-duty, cast iron, reversible cooking grates with angled sides for both flat or sloped configurations—allowing for optimal searing or grease runoff.

Equipped with powerful U-shaped burners, this broiler ensures even heat distribution across the radiant surface, making every inch of cooking space usable. The unit is both durable and visually appealing, with a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, (3) chrome temperature control knobs, and adjustable stainless steel legs for easy leveling and stability.

Each of the (3) “U” shape burners is rated at 35,000 BTUs.
This model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.
Ignition is quick and easy with a continuous pilot.
These grates have both a flat and wide cooking surface and long and narrow cooking surface. Choose what cooking grate surface is best for your cooking needs.
Heavy-duty stainless steel rear and side splashes help to keep your working environment clean and safe.
