The Migali® C-CR36 36″ wide char-rock broiler is perfect for grilling a variety of proteins and vegetables, using char-rocks or briquettes to infuse food with a rich, smoky BBQ flavor. This model features heavy-duty, cast iron, reversible cooking grates with angled sides that can be set flat or sloped for versatile cooking and effective grease drainage.

Equipped with (3) robust U-shaped burners, it delivers even heat distribution across the cooking surface to ensure consistent grilling performance. The C-CR36 combines durability with style, showcasing a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, (3) chrome temperature control knobs, and stainless steel adjustable legs for ergonomic height adjustment.

Each of the (3) “U” shape burners is rated at 35,000 BTUs.
This model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.
Ignition is quick and easy with a continuous pilot.
These grates have both a flat and wide cooking surface and long and narrow cooking surface. Choose what cooking grate surface is best for your cooking needs.
Heavy-duty stainless steel rear and side splashes help to keep your working environment clean and safe.
