The Migali® C-CB24 24″ wide radiant broiler is engineered for high-performance grilling of proteins and vegetables, making it a reliable addition to any commercial kitchen. Designed with heavy-duty, cast iron, reversible cooking grates, this model offers angled sides for both flat and sloped grilling positions—ideal for grease runoff and cooking flexibility.

Each of the (2) “U” shape burners is rated at 35,000 BTUs.
This model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.
Ignition is quick and easy with a continuous pilot.
These grates have both a flat and wide cooking surface and long and narrow cooking surface. Choose what cooking grate surface is best for your cooking needs.
Heavy-duty stainless steel rear and side splashes help to keep your working environment clean and safe.
