The Migali® C-CR24 24″ wide char-rock broiler is ideal for grilling a wide range of proteins and vegetables while infusing them with a rich, smoky, BBQ flavor using char-rocks or briquettes. Built for high-performance cooking, this model features heavy-duty, cast iron, reversible cooking grates with angled sides for both flat or sloped positioning, allowing grease to drain effectively and enhancing cooking flexibility.

The unit includes (2) powerful U-shaped burners that deliver even heat distribution across the cooking surface for consistent grilling results. Designed for durability and professional appeal, the C-CR24 boasts a high-polished stainless steel exterior and interior, (2) chrome temperature control knobs, and stainless steel adjustable legs.

Each of the (2) “U” shape burners is rated at 35,000 BTUs.
This model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.
Ignition is quick and easy with a continuous pilot.
These grates have both a flat and wide cooking surface and long and narrow cooking surface. Choose what cooking grate surface is best for your cooking needs.
Heavy-duty stainless steel rear and side splashes help to keep your working environment clean and safe.
